Acceptance

By using YumSpinr ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Box Methods. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What YumSpinr does

YumSpinr is a restaurant discovery tool that suggests nearby restaurants based on your location and preferences. Restaurant data is sourced from Google Places. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any restaurant listed.

Free tier

The free tier is available to all users at no cost. It includes 3 spins per session and basic filter options. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

Plus subscription

YumSpinr Plus is available as an annual subscription ($9.99/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($19.99). By purchasing Plus, you agree to the following:

  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment granting permanent access to Plus features as they exist at the time of purchase. Features may change over time.
  • All purchases are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@boxmethods.com within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the app's APIs
  • Use automated tools to generate excessive requests

Disclaimer

YumSpinr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on restaurant suggestions, including but not limited to food quality, wait times, or restaurant availability. Restaurant information may be outdated or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Box Methods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of YumSpinr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
